Schools are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own data and ensuring that student information entered into Google Sheets is accurate.
Schools provide their own Google Sheets URLs. While securely stored inside the admin system, schools must keep their links private. Hello Principal is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by exposed links.
Although every effort is made to provide reliable service, software bugs, synchronization issues, downtime, or unexpected problems may occasionally occur. Hello Principal shall not be liable for loss of data, loss of revenue, business interruption, or technical failures outside our control.
Services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Schools are strongly advised to maintain backups. Subscriptions are billed annually and are generally non-refundable.
Features, pricing, and policies may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.
