Hello Principal – Data Deletion Request

Users of Hello Principal can request the deletion of their account and associated data.

How to Request Data Deletion

Please send an email to:

qadriinternational92@gmail.com

Include the following information:

• School Name
• Registered Username
• Registered Mobile Number
• Reason for the deletion request (optional)

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon verification, we will delete:

• School account information
• Student records stored in our systems
• Fee records
• Attendance records
• Other application data associated with the school account

Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained if required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes, such as accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Any retained data will be stored only for the minimum period required.

Processing Time

Verified deletion requests are normally processed within 7 business days.
